A binding contract is formed when you complete the checkout and receive an order confirmation by email.

Prices include VAT. Shipping is shown before checkout. Payments are handled by our providers (Klarna, Stripe, Swish) under their respective terms. Free shipping above €100 within the EU.

Orders in stock typically ship within 1-3 business days. Nordic delivery 2-5 business days, rest of EU 4-8 business days. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, you may cancel the order.

You have 14 days right of withdrawal per the EU Consumer Rights Directive from the day you receive the goods. Notify us in writing at shop@enequi.com. Goods must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise agreed.

EU consumer rights: 3-year right to complaint for defects. Hardware products have an additional 2-year manufacturer warranty. Report defects within a reasonable time, typically within 2 months.

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy. We follow the Swedish ARN recommendations. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform.
