Privacy Policy

ENEQUI AB, reg. no. 559142-7538, Rakelgatan 6B, 262 36 Ängelholm, Sweden, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

Contact information (name, email, phone, address), account details (username, hashed password), order history, billing and delivery information, device data (firmware version, connection status) and analytics data.

Performance of a contract (orders, support, operation of IoT devices), legal obligation (accounting), legitimate interest (security, product improvement) and your consent (newsletters, optional cookies).

Account data as long as the account is active. Orders and invoices for seven (7) years per accounting law. Support cases for three (3) years. Consent-based data is deleted on withdrawal.

We share data with processors in four categories:

• Payment providers: handle card data and billing information to complete your purchase.
• Shipping providers: receive delivery address and order details to ship your products.
• Cloud infrastructure providers: host our applications, databases and services.
• Analytics and diagnostics platforms: receive anonymised visitor data to help us understand and improve the site.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Third-country transfers are protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact privacy@enequi.com. Complaints may be filed with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We use four categories of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary: required for basic functionality (login, cart, security). No consent required under ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exception.
• Preferences: remembers language and theme choices. Consent-based.
• Analytics: helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve it (page views, clicks, scroll depth, performance) via established analytics and behaviour platforms. Consent-based. IP addresses anonymised.
• Marketing: enables audience targeting for ads. Consent-based and toggled separately.

You can change consent anytime via the cookie banner at the bottom of the site. Consent-based cookies are deleted within 24 hours of withdrawal.

To keep the site stable we collect anonymous error and performance data on crashes and slow requests (browser, OS, viewport size, page where the error occurred, stack trace without personal data). The data is used internally for debugging and deleted after 90 days. Collected with consent as part of the analytics category.
